Refund and Replacement Policy

Replacement Eligibility:

Our replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange criteria:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us a message on WhatsApp, and then send your item to the address provided.

Shipping Returns:

To initiate the return process, please mail your product to the email address provided.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For higher-value items, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

To qualify for a replacement, ensure that the product:
– Remains undamaged, unused, and in its original condition.
– Retains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all included accessories.
